Direct and concise colloquial language is used. Tools are introduced through cases and examples. The message is reinforced using three reminder techniques: written cases or examples, oral clarification or expansion of concepts, and graphical emphasis on key arguments. The "QLS" (Quick Learning System) method, patented by "CAVENAGO Group," is employed. This system uses the three modes of expression (oral, written, and graphical) and emphasizes the repetition of vital concepts through case studies to ensure idea retention. The courses are equivalent in content to a 60-hour classroom program and are offered in three languages, making them ideal for practicing a second language if desired.
