The course deals with the role of the person within the company. You see all the tools to create an efficient organization, you study what motivates the person to put their best at work. We will see how to direct, be a leader, business ethics, how to make the Functions Manual. We analyze the administrative process: Planning, Organization, Direction and Control. We will learn how to make a Gantt chart, as well as work division diagrams and task assignment.
We will learn the importance and measurement of efficiency and productivity. We study how to face the Decision Making process, a daily and permanent task of a business leader, helped by the flow chart.
