The course reviews all the value points that we must know before entering into this activity, what are the procedures to be carried out, who participates, the delivery methods, the documents, what they consist of, how the dispatch is carried out, the various forms of payment, who makes the documents, at what time.

We study the risks of the different forms of payment for an export. We analyze Incoterms in detail. We carefully review and comment on the clauses that an international sales contract must contain. We carry out the financial analysis of an export activity, as well as observe the guidelines for carrying out a market study.
